Anca Elena Nica, Tax Consultant

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Accounting and Computerised Management Systems and of a Master’s in Accounting, Control and Expertise, both with the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. I am currently attending the courses of the C.E.C.C.A.R. professional institute in order to obtain certification as an authorized accountant.

I started my career in 2017, with a multinational company, gradually drawing experience from the intricacies of accounting, by taking part in various consultancy projects and encountering clients from different business areas (pharma, agriculture, energy, finance).

At present, the projects I am involved in include providing general tax advice relating to direct taxation, combined with assisting companies in tax audits, assisting and representing clients with respect to formalities related to the National Agency of Fiscal Administration.

Moreover, I am involved in tax due diligence projects and provide assistance in national and international reorganisation and restructuring projects (mergers, divisions, transfers of assets, etc.).
