Codruț-Ionuț CHIRIAC, Dispute Resolution Manager
I am an associate lawyer within S.C.A. Dobrinescu Dobrev and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2011.
Due to my excellent academic results, prior to completing my LL.B degree, I was recruited by one of the most prominent international law firms. For more than eight years of collaboration, I have successfully represented legal entities from the public and / or private fields, within high complexity litigations procedures carried out before all state courts as well as before national arbitration bodies.
My experience particularly aims at legal entities operating in the following sectors: banking and non-banking financial institutions, investment funds operating in the real estate sectors, companies in the automotive sector, retail, construction (civil, industrial and road infrastructure construction), and transports.
Since the beginning of 2021, I have been part of S.C.A. Dobrinescu Dobrev, where, together with the team of economists and fiscal consultants, I am involved in projects of daily legal and tax advice, due diligence procedures, high-risk tax inspections, judicial and out-of-court transactions, civil and administrative litigation, procedures carried out before criminal investigation bodies and courts, respectively
