Corina Georgiana VLĂDESCU, Senior Lawyer

I have been a member of the Argeș Bar since 2019, but I started my professional career in 2014, when I passed the bar exam and became a lawyer within the Bucharest Bar.

For 3 years, I specialized as a tax lawyer within SCA Dobrinescu Dobrev, practicing activities specific to tax consulting and civil law, but also administrative-tax litigation.

Since 2017, I have started practicing advocacy both in criminal cases involving malfeasance in office and corruption offenses as well as in commercial litigation and insolvency proceedings.

During the last 4 years I have represented in civil and administrative matters individuals, especially in litigation against the Ministry of National Defense, as well as companies operating in the field of civil and industrial construction, real estate, transports, and agriculture.

Currently, I am also an associate with the Dobrinescu Dobrev team, where I carry out consulting activities in the field of tax and business law, as well as activities specific to tax disputes, including representation in court in administrative-fiscal litigation cases.
