I have been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2015.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed complex consultancy and litigation projects for major domestic and international companies across various sectors, including media, energy, financial services, food, tobacco, automotive, pharmaceuticals, IT, telecommunications, transportation, and waste management. These projects have addressed issues specific to numerous branches of law, such as tax law, customs law, administrative law, environmental law, European Union law, civil law, consumer protection, and personal data protection.

In the context of these projects, I have represented clients in various administrative proceedings, including tax audits, audits conducted by the Environmental Fund Administration, tax appeals, and cases before the courts. Additionally, I have been involved in judicial proceedings, particularly those where national courts have referred questions to the Court of Justice of the European Union for preliminary rulings regarding the interpretation of EU law.
I currently focus my practice on on matters related to administrative, tax, and civil law, with a strong emphasis on tax litigation.
