Oana TOADER, Senior Lawyer

I have been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013. From the first years of my profession I came into contact with business law, working both in important business law firms and through direct affiliation with the client as an in-house lawyer.

My professional activity has been mainly focused on the field of business law, having experience both in the field of litigation and in consulting activities, in various industrial sectors such as: transport, IT, credit insurance, operational and financial leasing. I had the opportunity to provide services for many Romanian and foreign entrepreneurs, by providing legal assistance during the implementation and development of their business (setting up start-ups, compliance consultancy, etc.), assistance during transactions or other forms of negotiation.

Regarding litigation matters, I have gained experience in areas such as civil law (contractual and tort liability, enforcement), commercial law (corporate litigation, debt recovery between professionals), insolvency, consumer protection, administrative litigation or labor law.

Since 2021, I am part of the Dobrinescu Dobrev team, where my role is mainly focused on the field of civil law, administrative law and urban planning disputes
