I have been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2019.

Prior to joining Dobrinescu Dobrev, I was part of the litigation department of a law firm, representing banks in civil and commercial litigation.

I also represented national and international companies in commercial and civil litigation, including cross-border cases. I provided legal assistance and representation in insolvency proceedings, both for debtors and creditors.

Furthermore, I have experience in company law matters, banking law, and foreclosure proceedings.

Since joining Dobrinescu Dobrev in 2021, I have been providing legal assistance in tax law and contentious administrative matters, while still practising in related fields, such as civil and commercial law.
