Currently, I am involved in projects that encompass providing tax advice from both direct and indirect tax perspectives, conducting tax reviews, and performing tax due diligence. My work also includes assisting with national and international structuring and reorganizations, such as mergers, spin-offs, and asset transfers. Additionally, I represent clients, both individuals and companies, in their proceedings with the National Agency for Tax Administration, including during tax inspections.
