My work in both litigation and legal consulting has allowed me to develop a legal perspective that incorporates the economic and organizational dynamics at every stage of a commercial activity:

• disputes are a significant and motivating aspect of my work, having a diverse character both in terms of the parties – disputes between state authorities, individuals and companies – as well as under the aspect of their matter, regarding commercial law, administrative law, civil law etc;
• provided ongoing assistance to a Polish company starting operations in Romania, from company establishment to reviewing store lease agreements located in malls and offering essential legal consultancy for business development.”
• drafted contracts used in the core activities of the clients, as well as a wide range of legal opinions and notifications;
• activated as an in-house lawyer for a pharmaceutical company, working directly and consistently with the members of the board of directors and the company’s associates.
