Eduard Braiș

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and a graduate of two Master’s programs within the same institution: Judicial Career and Urban and Spatial Planning Law. I also hold a second law degree from the Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne University, obtained through the Franco-Romanian Law College in 2022. In April 2024 I became an Attorney at Law, member of the Bucharest Bar Association.

Since my law school days, I have been interested in administrative law, particularly to the relationship between the public and private sectors, which led me to join the Dobrinescu Dobrev team in September 2024, to build my career in this area, alongside recognized experts in the field.
My passion for litigation was strengthened during my studies, where I earned top awards at significant moot court competitions. At Dobrinescu Dobrev, I am primarily involved in litigation projects, and I bring the same dedication and focus to consulting projects as well.
