I have been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 1999 and I have extensive experience in many legal areas, including tax law and tax and administrative litigation, State Aid and European-funded projects, corporate and commercial law, commercial litigation, public procurement law, real estate projects, consumer law, data and privacy law, commercial contracts and financing agreements, as well as labor law.

For the last 18 years, I have provided legal advice to the management of leading companies in Romania, supporting them in managing day-to-day legal matters as well as in complex legal projects and litigation, with a focus on developing litigation and risk mitigation strategies.
As of March 2024, I joined the Dobrinescu Dobrev team, where I provide legal advice and representation both in tax law and administrative litigation as well as in commercial and civil law matters.
