I have more than 24 years of experience in private law litigation, administrative litigation, domestic and international arbitration. I specialized in intellectual and industrial property, becoming an IP counsellor in 2006, and serving as a member of the Managing Board of the Romanian National Chamber of Industrial Property Counsels, as former chairman of the legislative commission (2013-2015 and 2017-2019).
